We’ve been shot by paintballs so we could better understand the sport and conceive a better paintball marker. We once watched people shower (don’t worry, they said it was cool) so we could develop a better showerhead. We have developed our own unique type of “consumer immersion” research that helps change our perspective and better understand consumers. It’s often disruptive, but it’s proven.
